Training Services and Technical Document Services

Integral to any technology adoption undertaking is the dissemination of cutover information during the transition period (project plans, tasks, roles...) and ongoing support information (reference manuals, training materials...) needed after commissioning is complete.

To make this information effective the training and documentation materials must address the gap between what staff members currently know and the knowledge and skills that are requited with the new system. Materials that are terse and incomplete will result in staff not knowing exactly what to do in all circumstances. Materials that are to too verbose, arcane, and poorly organized are difficult for staff to absorb. Knowing the audience and striking a balance between these two makes for the most effective support information packages. This leads to lower project roll-out costs.
